Led the design discovery for Sentara Healthcare to build an Integrated Network Directory. Designing a dashboard experience that integrates all users in the Sentara network to control their access, audits, permissions, etc.

Exclusive Agent Candidate Portal

Led the mobile redesign of Exclusive agent candidate portal for Allstate Insurance, which decreased the bounce rate for new users by 80%. Finalized the information architecture and led mobile design of the candidate portal from profile creation to interview scheduling.

Secure Web Portal WCAG Compliance

Conducted UX and Accessibility audits to maintain WCAG compliance. Supported the Design team in Lincoln Financial Group to transition the secure web portal based on the updated style guide and component library. Formalized a framework to decrease turnover time by 30%.
