Revamping lead generation and candidate portal for AllState Exclusive agents
The Allstate Corporation is an American insurance company. Allstate partners with people to open their agencies. The people who Allstate partners with to open and agency are called Exclusive Agents. As a company with hundreds of products, Allstate connects these products to their users through Allstate Agencies. Hence, Allstate Exclusive Agents play a very important role in closing sales for each of their products.

Allstate wants to redesign their lead generation and candidate portal as AllState wants to promote their exclusive agent role to open more AllState Agencies. Currently, lead generation lead to multiple paths and Allstate wants a single centralized place for user to users to apply for the role, complete assessments and track their interview process.
Objective
Redesigning Lead generation form and candidate portal for mobile web to support lead generation through social media and increase conversion.
Problem
The current candidate experience is fragmented. Lead generation through social media has shown low conversion rate due to lack of support for mobile web.
The solution
The candidates are brought to the same lead generation form, irrespective of where the lead was generated
Candidate portal includes all roles including roles for exclusive agent. The user can apply directly from their phones, keeping the experience consistent to desktop web
Consistent design across platforms keeps the user actions consistent across platforms
No limitations for users completing the task loop on mobile experience, showing ability to schedule interviews
